We equip leaders with skills, relationships, and resources to address divides and lower risks in their communities and institutions. We support leaders in Pennsylvania and Texas to collaborate around political violence prevention. We train future leaders on dialogue across differences to solve our most pervasive problems.

RACIAL HEALING
CG-USA works with communities to address the enduring racial disunity and the impact of historical racial injustice. Through collaborative efforts, we strive to promote healing, cultivate trust between community leaders, and inspire collective action by engaging in meaningful memorialization and reconciliation initiatives.

GRASSROOTS & INSTITUTIONS
We foster inclusive environments for dialogue and collaboration among diverse perspectives. Our proficiency includes tailored in-person and virtual workshops for communities and cohorts. Additionally, we provide Common Ground Leadership consulting and training services for institutions nationwide.

SOCIAL COHESION
We equip bridge-builders and faith leaders with innovative tools aimed at enhancing community cohesion. Our approach involves providing resources to effectively address polarization and tackle extremism, both within local communities and online.
